At Lange General Store, we stand behind the quality of our goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package or use a carrier of your choice to send the items back to our central warehouse address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
